Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.


About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in telemetry and possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.


Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs for staff and students

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A graduate degree in nursing or a related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • Experience working in telemetry and critical care environments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer


Penn State Health offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
