Role Summary

In line with our strategic growth, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to facilitate the development of a vital standardization initiative within our Global Engineering Center of Excellence.

The Program Coordinator will be instrumental in managing the comprehensive processes involved in developing our second product line. This position requires a unique combination of technical expertise, program management acumen, and a proactive approach to ensure the successful realization of the program from inception to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of multiple cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment of program objectives with the company's strategic goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of program milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive execution plans, detailing scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks, supporting resolution strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by integrating feedback mechanisms and best practices into program development.
  • Work alongside technical subject matter experts to ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates to the Engineering Center of Excellence Director and stakeholders regarding program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in program or project management, ideally within high-tech or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and management abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented and solution-focused mindset, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effective at all organizational levels.
  • Organized and results-driven approach to program management.
  • Proficiency in program management software and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and battery technology is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Understanding of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards is beneficial; training will be provided as needed.
  • Knowledge of ISO14001 environmental standards is advantageous; training will be provided as needed.
