Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Master's Degree: From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- D.P.T: From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Specialized Training: Certain roles may require additional specialized physical therapy training to fulfill specific departmental needs.
- Oregon Physical Therapist License: Required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS Certification: Must be obtained within 30 days of hire from the American Heart Association.
