Concrete Delivery Specialist

About the Job
SRM Concrete is seeking an experienced Mixer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL Class A or B license, a current DOT Medical Card, and a proven safe driving record. You will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our concrete mixer trucks, loading and mixing concrete ingredients, and delivering products to various construction sites. Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products.
• Load and mix concrete ingredients according to specific job orders and company protocols.
• Ensure timely delivery of concrete products and interact professionally with customers and the public.
• Perform pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required.

Requirements:
• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions.
• No unexplained gaps in employment history.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
