Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor will be tasked with managing daily operations, ensuring that the production supply activities are conducted safely, punctually, and meet the quality standards set by the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee tool crib inventory management
  • Coordinate MRO procurement in collaboration with the client
  • Manage financial transactions for the site
  • Recruit, train, and supervise personnel
  • Identify and implement significant cost-saving strategies
  • Act as a liaison between the client and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and site reports
  • Expand Turtle Integrated's presence at the site
  • Ensure vendor performance meets expectations

Candidate Profile

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in procurement practices
  • At least three years of supervisory experience, including hiring and disciplinary actions
  • Familiarity with materials, products, and market trends relevant to the site
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends
  • Experience in integrated supply chain management
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and adept at managing client expectations
  • Experience in sourcing
  • Organized with a flexible approach
