Participation Strategist

At Velocity Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Participation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management in making informed decisions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for business-related matters in the countries under your responsibility, focusing on planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Country Controlling and international controlling departments as a trusted business partner.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and provide expert support to identify best practices and country innovations during regular country visits.
• Support the implementation and standardization of group-wide processes and tools across our country organizations.
• Contribute to the development of controlling processes and tools, particularly through participation in digitalization initiatives.

• Hold a degree in economics, preferably with a focus on controlling, accounting, finance, or a comparable field.
• Possess several years of professional experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial management.
