Director of Resin Procurement Specialist

We are a leading independent producer of high-performance, specialty film, and flexible packaging solutions for a greener tomorrow. As a Director of Resin Procurement, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring the success of our organization.

• Develop and execute sourcing and vendor relations strategies that support our fast-paced growth and align with our sustainability goals.
• Lead a best-in-class Procurement team to procure materials for a growing range of products.
• Design, develop, and monitor departmental processes to ensure top-level performance in Key Performance Indicators and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop procurement strategies for key materials purchased, bringing global and regional functional expertise and deep market knowledge.
• Analyze market trends to identify financial and supply risks and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of procurement or related experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge or experience with film extrusion and/or manufacturing required.
• Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, project leadership, and people development.
