$62,000 - $82,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

The Developmental Therapy Early Childhood Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering special instruction that fosters children's cognitive, adaptive, social, emotional, motor, and communication development.

  • Collaborate with Service Coordinators to develop and implement Family Service Plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and data tracking of patient treatments.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, family members, and colleagues through effective communication and professionalism.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in early childhood or special education with an early childhood focus (Required).
  2. Alternatively, related degrees in child development, including certified Child Life Specialists, early intervention, or nursing (MSN with a pediatric major), may also be considered.
  3. Excellent communication, dependability, and compassion are essential qualities for this role.
