We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. as a Cardiac Care Nurse on our 4 South unit. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on the 4 South Cardiac unit, utilizing your expertise in telemetry and stepdown nursing.
- Float between various Med-Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, and Observation, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Work a 36-hour night shift schedule, with every other weekend required, and no call requirement.
- Maintain current Epic EMR proficiency and demonstrate expertise in reading telemetry strips.
- Active RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum 3 years of current/recent experience in telemetry and/or stepdown nursing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Active Epic EMR proficiency.
