Freight Carrier Driver Opportunity for Experienced CDL Holders

We offer competitive pay and benefits, including a weekly performance bonus and paid time off. Our routes are designed to provide maximum drive time and minimal downtime, with 95% no-touch freight and consistent dispatching in advance.

As a Schneider driver, you'll enjoy:

  • Average annual salary: $51,000 - $62,400
  • Weekly mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty
  • $4,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers (paid in 12 monthly installments)
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers (paid in 12 monthly installments)
  • Paid orientation and training
  • Paid time off after 6 months of service, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year

To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and at least one year of experience driving a commercial vehicle. We also offer company-paid CDL training programs for those who need it.
