Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance control systems for automation applications. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent technical knowledge in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of control systems engineers to design and develop high-performance control systems.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies to improve process efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems into existing manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze, test, and troubleshoot control systems to optimize performance and ensure seamless operation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging technologies in control engineering.
  • Ensure all control system projects meet regulatory standards and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in control systems engineering, preferably in a live automation environment.
  • Strong programming skills in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming and configuration, particularly with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider Electric systems.
  • Knowledge of motion control, sensor integration, and data acquisition systems.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
