The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit at Saint Luke's North in Kansas City, Missouri.
This is a full-time night shift position, working from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. We are looking for a nurse who is a natural leader, committed to patient-centered care, and willing to go above and beyond for their peers, patients, and patients' loved ones.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care.
- Perform patient care tasks, delegate tasks to other patient care staff, and supervise patient care staff.
- Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency and adherence to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
- Utilize strong time management, teamwork, communication, and multi-tasking skills to be successful in this position.

Requirements:
- Less than 1 year of experience.

- Full-time position.
- Night shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
