Job Title: VP of Operations

Broadway National Group, a leading provider of property management services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage and execute staff succession and growth plans, providing guidance and support to operations teams.
  • Provide proactive decision-making support to stakeholders, leveraging your leadership and communication skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, fostering a culture of inclusivity and employee engagement.
  • Directly oversee operations and partner with the CEO on sales management to drive growth and revenue.
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Lead employees to maximize performance and dedication.
  • Design, implement, document, and maintain policies and procedures that support efficient and effective processes.
  • Prepare analysis and dashboard reporting for the CEO, proposing solutions to challenges and obstacles.
  • Lead managers, supervisors, and professional staff, building strong relationships with business leaders.
  • Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities.
  • Ensure satisfactory assessment and alleviation of risk, as well as compliance with relevant regulatory or other legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as VP of Operations or equivalent.
  • Experience in real estate services, construction management, facility/property management, and software.
  • 10 years of direct management or supervisory experience, including training and evaluation of staff.
  • Bachelor's in business administration or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Work, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, operations, etc.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
  • Understanding of and commitment to client service.
  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
