About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Nurse to join our team at DLP Cardiac Partners. As a Cardiac Catheterization Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting cardiologists in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures on adult patients. You will provide quality nursing care, assess and manage patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab, and occasionally in other designated areas within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist cardiologists in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures
  • Provide quality nursing care to patients in the cardiac catheterization lab and other designated areas
  • Assess and manage patient care, including monitoring and recording hemodynamic parameters
  • Operate and report results using blood glucose and oxygen saturation devices

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Licensed RN in NC or compact state with an unencumbered license
  • BLS certification required, ACLS certification required within 90 days
  • Minimum of two years of critical care experience or cardiac catheterization experience
