Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address each patient's unique wound care needs.
- Provide expert wound care management, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, facilitating effective communication and coordination of care.
- Educate patients and their families on wound care management and prevention strategies, promoting healthy habits and self-care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest wound care best practices and advancements.
- Active state license.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in wound care management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide individualized care to patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and educate patients and their families.
- Ability to maintain effective records and documentation of patient care.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Commitment to ethical and legal healthcare delivery.
- $150.00 per hour average.
- Administrative support to enable focus on wound care practice.
- Flexibility and autonomy, with a healthy work-life balance.
- Malpractice insurance provided.
- No call, no weekends, and no hospital rounding responsibilities.
