Physical Therapist - Outpatient Opportunity

UNC Health Wayne - Qualivis is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in managing treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement interventions to improve patient outcomes, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
  • Active State License
  • Supervisory Professional References
  • Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
