  • Respond to Guest Requests and Concerns: Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
  • Implement Safety and Security Procedures: Implement safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High school education or equivalent experience, with at least one to two years of experience in a related position.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of housekeeping and hotel operations, with supervisory skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push and pull housekeeping carts and vacuum cleaners, and stand for long periods of time.
