About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations, developing tailored therapy plans, collaborating with educators and families, and implementing creative techniques to foster progress.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop targeted therapy plans.
  • Therapy Planning: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • California State Licensure: Current California state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a school setting, preferably in a Speech-Language Pathology role.
