Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Washington.

We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to create your own schedule, hours, and caseload size.

Our team of mental health treatment professionals provides comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using Telehealth software.
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner using our EMR (Athena I).
  • Comply with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • NPI (National Provider Identifier).
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare.
  • Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
  • TB Test.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

Benefits:

  • Salaried Base with additional Reimbursement Compensation.
  • $45,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, and licensure.
