Job Summary

As a Production Test Technician at Sanmina Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products. With limited supervision, you will conduct troubleshooting, test, and data collection activities on customer products using a PC-based computer system and various types of electronic test equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Determine and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
  • Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems.
  • Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
  • Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electronic printed circuit board assemblies to the module level.
  • Operate testing equipment such as multimeters, digital oscilloscopes, function generators, and power supplies.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Electronic Technology and Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
