Job Overview

As a Lubrication Maintenance Technician at Publix Super Markets, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

Compensation Details

Meal Differential: A $0.50 per hour meal differential is available for associates if there is no cafeteria on-site.

Weekend Differential: A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is offered for hours worked from Saturday midnight to Sunday 11:59 p.m.

Year-End Bonus

To acknowledge associates' contributions throughout the year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. The bonus structure is as follows:
  • First year: 15 hours of pay
  • Second year: One week's pay
  • Subsequent years: Two weeks' pay
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Demonstrated excellent work habits in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Exhibit safe working practices
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs while carrying necessary tools

  • Capable of completing observation sheets during equipment inspections
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly
