Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical services, including medication management, patient assessment, and staff supervision

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes, reducing healthcare costs, and enhancing overall clinical services

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement clinical pathways, improve patient engagement, and enhance overall quality of care

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research in pharmacy practice, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and clinical services

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providers, and other healthcare stakeholders to promote collaborative care and reduce healthcare disparities

Requirements

  • Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located

  • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)

  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
