- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania or a participating state in the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Operating Room experience.
- IV therapy certification.
