Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on conveyors, mixers, palletizers, packagers, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and check inputs/outputs of Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs.
- Adhere to and implement PM and CM schedules.
- Experience troubleshooting or repairing VFDs, proximity sensors, limit switches, photo-eyes, fuses, relays, actuators, contactors.
- Rewire or troubleshoot single or three phase motors up to 480v.
- Repair gear boxes, shafts, bearings, valves, cylinders, shafts, chains, etc.
- Ability to fabricate and make new or repair components using machining or welding.
- Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
