Overview:
Lab Fit is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in transforming patients' challenges into successes. Our clinic fosters a family-like atmosphere, ensuring that patients feel comfortable while utilizing state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based practices to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and perform follow-up assessments based on physician referrals.
· Deliver high-quality therapeutic services aimed at enhancing patient mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing or minimizing long-term physical disabilities.
· Maintain thorough documentation of all relevant patient information, including evaluation results, treatment interventions, and responses to care plans.
· Oversee the work of support staff to ensure quality care delivery within their designated roles.
· Occasionally participate in outreach activities to promote services to potential patients.
· Maintain regular communication with clinic administration to optimize patient treatment outcomes.
· Provide outstanding customer service through meaningful interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
· Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation consistency, and essential components for long-term health following treatment completion.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
· Degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Additional specialty certifications are advantageous.
· Valid Georgia State License issued by the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy.
· Preferred two or more years of experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Abilities:
· Self-motivated with a strong sense of discipline and accountability, as the sole physical therapist on staff.
· Problem-solving skills with the ability to create and implement treatment plans as directed by referring physicians.
· Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Warm and welcoming demeanor towards patients and their families.
