We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at 804 Technology. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components into sub-assemblies and finished goods, adhering to customer specifications and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical components into sub-assemblies and finished goods, following specialized work steps and customer-driven requirements.
  • Perform wire harness assembly, soldering, box build, and electrical accessory assembly tasks.
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.
  • Perform tests on assembled products using testing equipment, as required.
  • Complete and maintain required training in accordance with customer and electrical industry standards.
  • Follow directions and work with minimal supervision to complete work requirements in a timely manner.
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; candidates without a diploma will be required to take a pre-employment assessment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Effective use of specialized hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, work in a noisy environment, and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 10-50 pounds.
