Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation satellite imaging systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge electrical systems for our satellites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom avionics hardware, including PCBs, firmware, and debugging interfaces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware, including flatsat testing and integration
  • Review and optimize circuit designs to ensure seamless communication with various Albedo hardware
  • Develop driver elements for the SoC or SoC's within the Albedo bus design
Requirements
  • Strong foundation in electrical engineering and modern embedded systems
  • Experience with electrical systems integration, including design, prototype/lab integration, and flight verification
  • Proficiency in schematic capture tools, such as Altium or similar CAD tools
  • Familiarity with common signal types and data protocols
  • Basic understanding of signal integrity and transmission line characteristic impedance
  • Experience with low-level software development and firmware
