We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to provide clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating hearing loss, ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and cleaning.
  • Grow patient population and meet practice financial goals.
  • Local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.

Requirements:

  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
  • 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
