Position Title: Swim Instructor
Reports to: Deck Supervisor
Overview: Teach students essential water safety skills and swimming techniques in alignment with the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children

  • Must be at least 15 years old
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver swim instruction in accordance with the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
  2. Uphold safety protocols and guidelines
  3. Assess and document students' progress
  4. Engage with parents regarding their children's development
  5. Represent Goldfish Swim School positively
Education/Experience: A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Previous experience in swim instruction is necessary.
Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
Work Environment: Regular exposure to warm and humid conditions. Moderate noise levels are expected.
