Maintenance Specialist

Magna Powertrain is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in support of production, performing initial equipment mechanical installation, making minor machine modifications, and performing preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read and understand hydraulic, pneumatic schematics, and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and cellular manufacturing principles.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC control systems and G-Code programming.
