Requirements
- Active RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
- BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire.
- At least six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in our Nurse Residency Program.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- National certification in a relevant specialty.
