About the Role

We are seeking a talented Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Delta Companies, providing medical services to the Native American/Tribal patient population. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable non-profit organization in scenic Western North Carolina.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive annual salary of up to $240,000, with opportunities for additional compensation through bonuses and profit-sharing programs. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid health insurance, 401K matching, and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in a 100% outpatient-focused setting. Our facility offers a unique opportunity to mentor and teach new residents as part of our residency program. We also provide flexible scheduling options, including four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, to accommodate your lifestyle needs.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this position, you must be board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine and possess a patient-focused approach. Your willingness to serve the Native American/Tribal patient population is essential.
