Complex Care Clinic Nurse Practitioner

Our Complex Care Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct pre-surgery evaluations and determine optimization needs based on algorithms and clinical pathways.
In this role, you will focus on transitional care, evaluating patients within the first week post-discharge, assessing their status, and treating/refer as needed. You will require strong evaluation and assessment skills, with limited diagnostic workups and prescriptions involved in this setting.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and 3+ years of experience working as an NP or PA. A Missouri registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant are mandatory.
