We are seeking a skilled School Behavior Technician to join our team at Holding Hands OpCo LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing behavioral support for students requiring 1:1 care in the school setting.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure seamless integration of services and achievement of student goals.
- Analyze data to identify areas of strength and weakness, and make recommendations for program adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as special education or psychology.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults.
- A competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
