Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions, reporting outcomes and making adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Maine.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
