We are seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to join our team at Gudenkauf, a Congruex company. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary based on skills and experience.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working from blueprints and specifications, as well as knowledge of telecommunications industry both aerial and underground construction. They will also have the ability to work efficiently from a bucket truck and perform physical activities that require considerable use of their arms and legs, moving their whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

This role involves supervising employees, invoicing projects according to company standards, and ensuring all installation work is done according to quality standards while complying with proper safety standards/procedures.
