Job Summary

Cutter Holding Co is seeking a highly skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. As an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of aircraft avionics systems.
  • Install, modify, and repair avionics systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer's instructions.
  • Use sound judgment and technical expertise to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequence, and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in aircraft avionics installations and repairs; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of 145 repair station operations and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Software, AutoCAD, and Corridor (preferred).
Work Environment

This position requires working in an industrial/hangar environment with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
