Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a visible deterrent to crime while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a secure and safe environment.
  • Alert supervisors and on-site personnel of any irregularities, suspicious behavior, security violations, and safety concerns.
  • Prepare standardized reports that are timely, professional, and accurate regarding incidents.
  • Remove unauthorized individuals or trespassers from the premises.
  • Exemplify and promote company values while acting as a highly visible presence on site.
  • Complete various job-related tasks as assigned.
  • Document daily surveillance activities and significant occurrences.

Work Schedule:
Shifts may include early mornings and swing shifts, available seven days a week.

Qualifications:
  • Must fulfill city/state requirements and/or certifications for security duties.
  • Strong surveillance and observational skills.
  • Proficient with technology and experience in surveillance systems.
  • Demonstrated experience as a security officer or guard.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license may be required based on specific post requirements.

Compensation:
Hourly rate: USD $21.00.
