  • Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
  • Document medication administration and review daily logs
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate medication updates
  • Conduct service and health updates as directed by the RCD
  • Participate in the development of individualized care plans and monthly updates
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent credential
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
