Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and review daily logs
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate medication updates
- Conduct service and health updates as directed by the RCD
- Participate in the development of individualized care plans and monthly updates
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control procedures
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent credential
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
