By integrating advanced technology and expertise from the most progressive sectors, this organization is redefining the development and deployment of military systems. Their flagship product suite operates on Lattice OS, an AI-driven platform that transforms extensive data inputs into a dynamic, 3D command and control interface. As global strategic dynamics evolve, this company is focused on delivering state-of-the-art autonomy, artificial intelligence, computer vision, sensor integration, and networking technologies to military operations in a timely manner.

Mission Assurance Specialists are responsible for swiftly establishing classified, secure, or isolated environments to deploy the company's products or software. Therefore, a high level of expertise in cybersecurity and technical documentation is essential. As part of a compact yet expanding team, you will be expected to take ownership of challenging issues, adopt unconventional strategies to tackle complex problems, and remain adaptable in uncertain situations while monitoring classified systems for compliance and potential insider threats. • Collaborate closely with the ISSM and ISO to monitor information systems for unauthorized security changes or user behaviors that could jeopardize the operational network.
  • Report any irregularities within system environments to the ISSM / ISO.
  • Create and maintain RMF documentation for establishing, managing, or decommissioning classified network environments.
  • Define, document, and adhere to standards and best practices for incident response, chain of custody, and sanitization protocols.
  • Drive automation and scripting initiatives to bolster the security posture of network environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of JSIG, NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), DAAPM, applicable NIST publications, RMF, and ISOI.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Cybersecurity (ISSO, System Administrator) or a related field (vulnerability management, SOC, threat hunting, Cyber intelligence, GRC, or other governance roles).
  • Possession of GSEC, Security+, or a Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline (for DoD 8140 compliance).
  • Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or knowledge of contemporary software development methodologies and their security implications (CI pipelines, microservices architectures, cloud, and container-based deployments).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.).
  • Networking/Virtualization certifications (CCNA, Network+, VCTA-NV).
