We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Nurse Specialist to join our team in Albany, New York. As a Cardiology Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • 2 years of recent experience in cardiology nursing
  • Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of New York
