  • Oversee the operation of nursing units and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide clinical supervision to employees assigned to various nursing units.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing - LTC to develop and implement nursing care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Professional Nursing.
  • Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse licensure (or limited permit).
  • BSN degree preferred.
