ROLE SUMMARY:
The individual in this role will be accountable for various support services encompassing dietary, transportation, materials management, and guest relations. This position involves executing a broad range of patient care and environmental responsibilities within the care unit. The incumbent will actively engage in team initiatives and quality enhancement programs, ensuring that high-quality services are delivered efficiently and safely, in alignment with the unit's care standards.
The role requires a commitment to the mission, philosophy, and objectives of both the unit and the organization. Flexibility in adapting to evolving systems is essential, as is the demonstration of quality and effectiveness in work practices. Respectful interaction with staff, physicians, patients, and families is paramount.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Licensure/Certification: BLS certification required
Experience: Previous experience as a nurse aide, phlebotomist, or EKG technician is preferred
Work Type: Part-Time
Standard Hours: 16.00
Work Schedule: Day/Eve 8
Work Shift: 11a-7:30p - Every Other Weekend
Department: Emergency Services
Compensation: Salary Range: $19.08
