Our mission is to create opportunities and transform lives through our residential and outpatient programs. We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and contribute to a positive and therapeutic environment for our clients. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care, support, and advocacy for our clients. You will work under the guidance of the Residential Supervisor to deliver person-centered care and maintain a safe and clean working environment. • Provide direct support and care to clients in our residential program
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including active involvement in facility infection control
• Assist with food service and complete accurate and timely daily documentation for each client
• Provide transportation to and from community-based activities and appointments as necessary
• Teach and assist clients with personal care skills, daily living skills, and interpersonal skills in accordance with their individual treatment plans

**Requirements:**

• 18 years of age
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Embraces and embodies Origami's core values: Celebrate the Individual, Inspire Excellence, Serve with Integrity, and Lead with Passion
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
• CNA certification, medication administration, and wound care experience are a plus
