Training Details: The training program is offered at no cost, requiring no prior experience, just a genuine interest in a career focused on compassionate care for patients and residents. Becoming a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide can serve as a stepping stone to a fulfilling career. We provide pathways for clinical advancement as a nurse aide and encourage further nursing education to pursue LPN or RN roles through our tuition assistance program. Non-clinical career opportunities are also available.

Qualifications:
- Certification from a state-approved certified nursing assistant program must be obtained within four months of completing the nurse aide training.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and visitors.
