Job Title: Awake Overnight Residential Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions and behavioral health challenges in a Group Living Environment designed to foster independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the program
  • Work under the direction of the Clinical Program Director to implement recovery-oriented, person-centered, harm-reduction, trauma-informed, culturally competent, and strengths-based approaches
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's degree in a human services related discipline is preferred
  • One to two years of job-specific experience in the human services field is preferred
  • Bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions are preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a CORI, driving record, reference, educational, and professional licensure check, as well as a multi-state background check
