Occupational Therapist PRN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient mobility, coordination, and strength
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers on home exercise plans and discharge care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Valid CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in home health therapy and OASIS documentation
