We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Farmington. As a PRN LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents while supervising nursing personnel to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinate care delivery to meet resident needs
- Ensure care is delivered in accordance with professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans to meet resident needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- 2-3 years of clinical experience, with gerontological nursing experience preferred
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, and squatting for prolonged periods, as well as lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds
