Marketing Strategy Director

We're seeking a visionary Marketing Strategy Director to join our team at MLCV. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, brand equity, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute long-term strategic marketing plans that align with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and new market opportunities to drive growth and brand equity.
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve measurable results.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least eight (8) years in a senior leadership role leading marketing strategy, brand management, and market share initiatives.
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems.
- Proven track record of success leading and developing people and processes.
- Strong knowledge of casino strategic marketing (database, CRM), providing inputs/ideas/innovations on business and marketing strategies, goals, and objectives.
