About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Principal Engineer to join our engineering leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will drive the overall design and development of our Identity Security Platform, Atlas. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, translating business insight into actionable technical requirements and innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and reliable workflow solutions using Temporal technology
  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of our SaaS Platform
  • Collaborate with technical teams to architect systems that scale to process billions of events and support millions of users
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business landscape, including market dynamics, customer needs, and strategic goals
  • Communicate technical vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a Software Workflows Platform Architect role
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing workflows using Temporal
  • Experience with implementing rate limiting strategies in workflows to manage system load and ensure resource efficiency
  • Experience with observability tools and practices (monitoring, logging, and tracing)
  • Deep understanding of modern technologies and paradigms, including Golang, Docker, Redis, Postgres, GraphQl, Python, Kafka, Terraform, Timescale, and AWS
